The success of Bronnenco Construction Ltd. throughout the past 45 years can be greatly attributed to establishing and maintaining positive relations with clients and always putting their satisfaction first. Culture & Values
At Bronnenco Construction Ltd., we understand the importance of company culture and having a belief system that one holds themselves to in their business. We recognize the success that comes from setting and maintaining a system of values that rarely changes and that a company truly believes in. Bronnenco Construction Ltd. holds every stakeholder on any given project to the same standards we hold ourselves to, which can be defined as:

  • 🟡 Quality of workmanship. We want to deliver deficiency-free projects built above industry standards.
  • 🟡 Maintain a team-first attitude and look to help others. On any given project, all parties are working together to achieve a common goal.
  • 🟡 Clear communication is key to avoiding surprises. Bronnenco takes a proactive, not reactive, approach throughout every project.
  • 🟡 Transparency with clients, consultants, and subcontractors has always worked to our advantage. We have nothing to hide and neither should you.
  • 🟡 We operate under moral principles that dictate our business practices.
  • 🟡 Zero tolerance for unsafe work practices and procedures. All individuals on a job site are expected to exercise due diligence.
  • 🟡 Adaptable and open to change, especially with new tech and construction advances. At Bronnenco, we welcome feedback and strive to improve.
  • 🟡 Eco-friendly. We reduce waste in daily operations, promote green building materials, and support LEED-focused projects.
  • 🟡 Harassment and violence-free workplaces. We expect nothing less from our employees and other partners we do business with.

We believe that these are the building blocks, the foundation, and the grassroots Bronnenco Construction Ltd. can attribute success to. This belief system is applied to any given project and remains static, so we hold ourselves true to our commitments as a business and as individuals.
Health & Safety

Everyone on a construction project must work together to create an accident free and safe work environment for a safety management system to be effective. At Bronnenco Construction Ltd. we foster a zero-tolerance approach to unsafe work practices and procedures and an absolute zero tolerance to violence and harassment in our work environments. Bronnenco’s Management System is proudly certified in ISO 45001 for General Contracting, and Quantity Surveying.

At Bronnenco Construction Ltd. we believe in the Three R’s approach, so each employee and contractor who steps foot on one of our job sites know they have: The Right to Know, The Right to Participate and The Right to Refuse. We follow the Occupational Health & Safety Act (OHSA) and we stand by the standards it sets forth.

Not only are we conscious of health & safety on our job sites, Bronnenco Construction is always mindful of occupant health and wellness. We believe in employee ergonomics and encourage our staff and partners to make this a practice in their day-to-day work lives. We want the people we work with leading happy and healthy lives, because this ultimately translates into a physically and mentally tough workforce. We believe in the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and welcome clients, consultants and our projects to actively design such inclusive spaces. We want to be known as an equal opportunity employer.
